OBJECTIVE:
A series of videos to introduce Antonio to his constituents, tell the story of his journey into public service, and short videos about Antonio's platform and candidate strengths to be used as paid ads.
STYLE:
I wanted to develop a brand style/aesthetic that parallels Antonio's charm-- with authenticity and optimism.

Antonio's Story
The key video of Antonio's campaign before his November 2024 election. We saw this as a way to introduce Antonio to the world, highlighting his humble upbringing, family values, academic journey, and young political success.
I did not want to focus on platform agendas here, but instead wanted to tell his story on a deeper emotional level that would resonate with his audience. Antonio is a great guy and I wanted people to feel that.

Launch Video
Antonio López announces that he's running for San Mateo County Board of Supervisors (District 4). This video launches his campaign months ahead of the election as he continues fundraising and gathering support and momentum.
My team shot his speech and a bit of B-roll, and the rest of the footage/photos came from media outlets where he has appeared.
FOCUS: "Women's Rights"
This video focuses on Antonio López' commitment to fight for "Women's Rights".
FOCUS: "Affordable Housing"
This video focuses on Antonio López' commitment to build more "Affordable Housing" along with other important issues present in San Mateo County.
FOCUS: "Public Safety"
This video highlights the recent achievement by the city of East Palo Alto -- zero homicides recorded in 2023, during Antonio's time a mayor. It also brings in Antonio's committed to public safety.
FOCUS: "Antonio will fight for us" (short)
This video summarizes Antonio's key platform points in under :15 seconds.

Here's a political ad for the passing of a local bond in the Sequoia Union High School District (San Francisco Bay Area). This is the full version of the video, but I also edited shorter version (:06 seconds and :15 seconds) for use as paid ads on YouTube.
